Cancellation Policy
To cancel with a full refund, please contact us a minimum of 1 weeks before your booking starts.
If you cancel after this time, we will only refund or transfer your payment if we can rebook the appointment.
We cannot transfer your booking fee to an alternative date unless we can rebook your original date.
